Henrik brings extensive experience in design, retrofit, production, and quoting, from workshop to factory management within the industrial and tall-structure metal segment. With a strong managerial track record in multicultural environments, he has successfully led complex projects and teams across multiple countries.
Henrik’s expertise in operations, production management, and cross-cultural leadership underpins the company’s technical innovation and operational excellence.

Claus brings extensive experience in technical sales and organizational development within the wind industry. With a Master’s degree in HRM and over 600 successful recruitments, he has a proven ability to build high-performing teams. He also received the Siemens Windpower Customer Experience Award (2017).
His deep industry insight, commercial acumen, and people-focused approach play a central role in shaping the company’s strategic direction.
